Crafted performance N32 UV Security
The N32 UV is a specialised printing solution designed for product traceability, security, counterfeit avoidance, and brand protection. The solution utilizes invisible ink that can only be seen when fluoresced with UV light, which provides an added layer of security and traceability.
UV readable ink is available in blue and red can dry immediately on a variety of substrates, including metal, glass, plastic, and more. Additionally, our UV inks survive high temperatures and remain invisible even when exposed to processes such as pasteurization or sterilization.

The system boasts a powerful processing capability that ensures speedy and efficient operation, resulting in precise and accurate printing output. Print Capability
The N32UV can print 1500 feet (470 M) of single-line text per minute, 600 feet (200M) of two-line text per minute, and 300 feet (100M) of three or four lines of text per minute. We use specially formulated UV ink, which makes the printed codes invisible to the naked eye and only visible under ultra-violet light. This clear, fast-drying and UV-readable ink provides excellent adhesion on most surfaces, and can be sterilized with steam, making it perfect for applications in the Security Coding, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceutical industries.
Robust Design
The N32UV has a generously sized 10.4 inch touch screen display, and it is housed in a sturdy and robust IP55 rated industrial stainless-steel enclosure, which ensures that it can withstand the rigours of daily use in a commercial or industrial setting. The N32UV is also equipped with an automated ventilation system that ensures optimal airflow and ventilation, thereby minimizing the risk of overheating. It also has a smart filter system that helps to filter out any impurities or contaminants in the air.
Ink and Solvent Fillers
The N32UV come with external fluid filler points, which allow you to refill the printer while it's still in use. Each fluid container has a unique identifier, ensuring that the correct solvent or ink is added. The tanks have a large capacity of 1.14 litres, so you don't need to refill them frequently, even during higher-volume print applications. These tanks can hold multiple litres of fluids, enabling longer run times that can last for months. The solvent tank can operate for more than 1000 operational hours before needing a refill.
Touch Screen Interface
The N32UV is incredibly easy to use, thanks to its touch screen functionality. The user interface is intuitive, featuring icons, buttons, and alerts that make operating the machine a breeze. It has a simple single-button operation to stop or start the printing process, and provides alert messages to keep you informed of diagnostic or maintenance information. With the "drag and drop" visual editor, you can effortlessly create a mock-up of your printed message, and it’s easy to edit the text, change layouts, and add graphics.
