The N32M is a specialised printing solution designed for applications that require high resolution or micro-size character requirements. It can print up to five lines of text, barcodes, or graphics and is commonly used in high-speed wire and cable applications as well as in the electronics, pharmaceutical, automotive, and cosmetic industries.
The N32M is available with an extensive range of dye-based inks in various colours, making it adaptable to numerous applications. It can be operated for one, two, or three shifts daily, or continuously on a 24/7 basis, five to seven days per week, averaging between 4,000 to 8,760 hours of operation annually.

The N32M (Micro) is a small-character printer that boasts the same impressive features as the N32. It is capable of marking with image heights ranging from as small as 0.6mm up to 10mm, making it an ideal choice for small product coding. The N32M can achieve printing speeds of up to 400 M/minute with accuracy and reliability. It is also enclosed in an IP65 rated enclosure, which makes it suitable for wash-down and more challenging environments.
Robust Design
The N32M has a generously sized 10.4 inch touch screen display, and it is housed in a sturdy and robust IP65 rated industrial stainless-steel enclosure, which ensures that it can withstand the rigours of daily use in a commercial or industrial setting. The N32M is also equipped with an automated ventilation system that ensures optimal airflow and ventilation, thereby minimizing the risk of overheating. It also has a smart filter system that helps to filter out any impurities or contaminants in the air.
Ink and Solvent Fillers
The N32M come with external fluid filler points, which allow you to refill the printer while it's still in use. Each fluid container has a unique identifier, ensuring that the correct solvent or ink is added. Additionally, the tanks have a large capacity of one quart (1.14 litres), so you don't need to refill them frequently, even during higher-volume print applications. These tanks can hold multiple litres of fluids, enabling longer run times that can last for months. The solvent tank, in particular, can operate for more than 1000 operational hours before needing a refill.

The N32M is incredibly easy to use, thanks to its touch screen functionality. The user interface is intuitive, featuring icons, buttons, and alerts that make operating the machine a breeze. It has a simple single-button operation to stop or start the printing process, and provides alert messages to keep you informed of diagnostic or maintenance information. With the "drag and drop" visual editor, you can effortlessly create a mock-up of your printed message, and it’s easy to edit the text, change layouts, and add graphics.
