Ready to Personalise
As a laser engraver manufacturer, we often receive unique requests from different industries. Personalisation has risen in prominence in retail, and is considered a key requirement to offer a better customer experience. Our laser engravers offer not just an engraving service, but a whole package, as retailers need more to maximise unique, innovative, and exciting experiences. The create. range is more than just laser technology.
Premium components
Quality and reliability are essential factors when choosing a laser engraving machine. We exclusively use premium parts and components in the production of our machines, ensuring that our customers enjoy consistent, high-performance outcomes that can withstand the challenges of industrial settings. Our dedication to quality is evident in our machines' remarkable MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure), which surpasses 100,000 hours.
The create pro. experience
The create pro. laser is specifically created to assist workshop and production settings within the retail industry. Equipped with a powerful 50W laser source, you can unleash your creativity and produce designs at an incredibly rapid pace.
The create pro. includes features like a rotary for curved surfaces and a positioning camera for precision. It does not require consumables or additional space, and it has minimal energy consumption. The create pro. has a programmable z-axis, heavy duty extractor, and 160mm x 160mm engraving area. We make sure you get the best out of your create pro. with one full day of on-site training, and 3 year warranty.
Key Features
Compact Design
We understand that shop floor space is valuable, which is why the create pro. is designed with a small footprint in mind. Our laser engravers are not only sleek and stylish in appearance, but they also offer maximum impact with the theatre they bring to your store. Despite their compact design, our lasers are powerful and efficient, providing high-quality engraving and marking for a range of materials.
User-Friendly
Our software and user interface are designed to be user-friendly. The create pro. comes with an all in one PC with create. designer software included in the package. It allows you to import artwork in various common vector and image formats, such as AI, PDF, SVG, DXF, PLT, PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP. New vectors can be easily created, edited and arranged with the editor too. The software is versatile and enables you to apply changes to power, speed, number of passes, cut order, brightness, contrast, and more, giving you the freedom to create unique personalised finishes.
50W MOPA Fiber
The create pro. features a 50W fiber laser that is capable of performing a wider range of tasks and can be more suitable for marking materials, such as gold, silver, copper, titanium, platinum, steel, aluminium, various plastics and more. With the help of different settings in the custom Create software, a diverse range of marks such as annealing, deep engraving, and ablation can be achieved. The create pro.'s 50W power output provides greater speed and control compared to the 20W create., making it perfect for high volume production and deep engraving. It can even cut up to a depth of 1.3mm.
Rotary Device
The rotary device is an ideal add-on for engraving on curved surfaces like rings and bracelets, including their inner circumference. It holds the object firmly in place with its claws and rotates it under the laser beam, ensuring consistent and accurate marking. The maximum diameter the rotary can handle is 65mm. It's fixed onto the tooling plate of the create. laser bed, but can be easily removed if you need to engrave larger objects and require more space.
Extraction
In addition to the create pro. laser, your package comes with a heavy duty extractor that effectively removes any fumes produced during the laser engraving process, using HEPA filters. If you work with precious metals like gold, silver, or platinum, the extraction company provides a specialised service for filtering those metals. It's recommended that you place the extractor beneath the bench of your create. laser for optimal use.
Positioning Camera
The positioning camera is a handy tool for accurate product alignment and setup. It is located overhead and provides a real-time visual of your product, enabling you to efficiently position and mark it. This feature ensures high precision accuracy while also providing reassurance during the setup process.
Motor Adjusting Focus Height
The software that comes with the create pro. allows for the calibration of the z-axis, which enables the adjustment of the focus height without the need for manual intervention. Once the parts are loaded, users can easily operate the software to adjust the z-axis, and subsequently, mark parts with precision and accuracy. This eliminates the need for any manual adjustments, making the entire process more efficient and user-friendly.
Air Cooled
The create pro. is equipped with a built-in fan at the back, which eliminates the need for large, cumbersome water coolers to cool the laser source. The lack of any external cooling apparatus makes the create pro. an ideal choice for desktop use. The fan prevents the laser source from overheating during use, ensuring that the marking process is seamless and consistent. This enhances the efficiency of the machine and contributes to its longevity.
Auto Door
The create pro. features an automatic door, with an open and close mechanism that ensures user safety when the laser is operating. When the door is open, you have a U-shaped work area, open on three sides. This feature enhances the user experience and ensures that the process of placing parts into the large opening of the machine is a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Ideal for higher volume operations.
3-Sided Access
The create pro. door is designed to open inward, within the boundaries of its original footprint. This unique feature ensures that the machine's overall footprint remains unchanged even when the door is open, providing unobstructed access from three sides. Consequently, parts of various shapes and sizes can be easily inserted into the machine from any angle. This feature was designed so that it optimises functionality.
Class 4 Override Option
All of our standard range machines, with the exception of the integrated models, are designed as Class 1 laser systems. This classification ensures that the laser beam is entirely contained within the unit, enabling the machines to be used safely in any environment. The door of each machine features a viewing window made of laser safety glass, which enables operators to monitor the marking process while ensuring their safety. Moreover, each machine comes equipped with a Class 4 override option, enabling the system to function as a Class 4 laser. This is particularly useful when marking parts that are too large to fit on the bed of the machine with the door closed. It is important to note that using the laser as a Class 4 device requires the implementation of specific safety procedures to ensure the protection of operators and bystanders.
